LittLe Miss, Mister, Teen & Miss Citrus
Dear Contestant and Family:
The date of the Little Miss, Mister, Teen, Miss and Mrs. Citrus Pageant are February 5-8, 2009 with Forever in Blue Jeans on Thursday, February 5, 2009. Listed is the detailed but tentative schedule for the weekend. We will notify you if there are any substantial changes. It is imperative that each contestant be on time for each of his or her events. Please bring the schedule to the pageant so you will be aware of all the times. Be advised that videotaping or flash photography is not allowed in the ballroom. We will provide these services (call the pageant offices for prices and details). If you have any questions, please call or email the Citrus Pageant Headquarters. Citrus Productions is looking forward to seeing you all at the Little Miss, Mister, Teen, Miss and Mrs. Citrus Pageant 2009. Do not forget about the optional and new “Forever in Blue Jeans” Pageant on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.

This time has been allocated for contestants to check-in for the talent competition and/or the Citrus Pageant. At this time, you may purchase program books ($15.00). Tickets for Friday night’s Talent Competition event are $5.00 for everyone. Children 3 and under are free to all events. Tickets for Saturday’s events are $10.00 adults, $6.00 for children. Tickets of Sunday’s crowning event are $15.00 adults, $8.00 for children. You will receive your official Little Miss, Mister, Teen, Miss and Mrs. Citrus ribbon with a number to be worn at all times, and purchase Beauty Line-Up or Interview T-shirts ($20.00). Other optional pageant accessories will be available for sale. You may submit additional photographs, composites, portfolios and enter the optional categories if you have not already done so. |

Crowning Ceremony 1 (0-11 months, 12-23 months, 0-35 months Boys, 2-3 years) Each contestant will be introduced and receive his or her crown if he/she sold a full page advertisement in the Program Book. We will then award “Best Citrus Wear” and all other optional awards. All contestants receive certificates of participation and special gifts from Citrus Productions. We will then narrow the field to the top 10, Top 5 in each age division. After the top 5 are announced (in no particular order), we will award 4th runner up, 3rd runner up, 2nd runner up, 1st runner up and winner in each of the 10 age categories. The attire is the same dress/suit worn on Saturday during the Beauty Competition. |
